So, what is the definition of Beauty?
The quality of an object or person who provides intense pleasure or deep gratification to the mind, whether based on sensory manifestations (form, color, sound, etc.), patterns or patterns is significant or otherwise (personality whose high spiritual Qualities manifest themselves). The adage "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is correct. Beauty is in your head; it's not a standard form you need to fit in, nor a bar to reach.
Everyone has a standard in mind about what Beauty is. So why are we trying so hard to develop a general idea of Beauty? Well, because society wants us that way. The lighter you are, the hotter you are. Why has the company set the bar very low? In my opinion, healthy people, full of muscle and naturally fat, look better. Women with curves, men with broad shoulders, children filling their clothes; It is the real Beauty.
Women are usually more stressed than men. So I'll talk to women for a moment. Who determines if you are beautiful? Men, friends, or society; none of them should. The real judge of your Beauty should be you. When you feel beautiful, it does not matter what others think or say. If you feel the attraction from inside, it shows itself from the outside. For example, you see two men with similar bodies in similar clothes in the street. A man is rude and looks downcast with a scowl. The other man smiles and looks happy and confident. Which man is more handsome? I hypothesize that the smiling, confident, and optimistic man is more attractive.

Beauty is only what you make of it. Every man has the potential to be attractive, but lack of self-confidence makes him less attractive. No matter what breed, weight, or social class you are, Beauty depends on how you feel.
Now turn to the men. Be confident; it is the most attractive quality in men. No woman wants a man who doubts or lowers himself. We want a strong, confident, and proud man. No matter how big your plants are, how tall you are, or where you store extra pounds, it does not matter if you trust yourself.
I am not saying that there will still be no people to judge you because there will be some. I'm just saying that you do not care what they say when you think you're beautiful. Wake up every morning and say you are gorgeous. Trust who you are inside and out. You're lovely, no matter what society tells you, it's beautiful. Keep that in your heart and your mind, and everything will be fine.
