Today I want to share the idea of creating your health and wellness savings account for your life!

You see, I associate health, wellbeing, and Fitness with the ideas that come to me from the commercial side of life. I thought about this idea of a health and wellness savings account.

In my opinion, savings accounts are a better financial future, and we disagree on our health and wellbeing. Why do not most people think of an incredible future of exceptional health and wellbeing? Do many people believe that instead of history, they are damned to the exact story of their family?

Entrepreneurs spend a lot of time learning new business ideas. Learning means succeeding in business, earning revenue, and earning money! Entrepreneurs are taught to educate themselves, grow their business, and lead a beautiful life. I have attended many courses, workshops, seminars, and conferences about my career so far. Some classes were free, some cost very little, and others went beyond anything I could afford, but in the end, it was worth the investment for the development of my business and personal growth. Every lesson I followed changed me. Now it is essential to know that every course has helped me to think differently.

When I hear financial news today, I hear with other ears. I listen and notice that there is much information we can use for our health and wellbeing.

What's sad is that in our modern world, many people suffer from chronic diseases. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes are the three best! However, this does not have to happen, and if we think about our health and wellness savings account, could we possibly change that?

Most of us spend much more than we expect. If we do not take the time to realize what we consume, we can never spend precisely what we want to spend every month to achieve our goals. This also applies to our health and wellbeing! We think we eat better, do better physical activities, sleep better, feel better, hydrate better, and breathe better than we do!

§ The first part of this plan is how you think about your health and Fitness. What do you think about the quality of Food, exercise, sleep, reflection, breathing, and hydration that you receive daily? Here you write what you think is the number of processed Foods compared to the Foods you eat every day. Write down what you think your physical activity is every day. Take the time to write in pencil to explain your thoughts. Is it essential to write what your breathing looks like? And definitely, how do you think your hydration is?

§ The second question is: How do you want your health and Fitness? Here you write down what your feeding strategy should look like. Make sure you see what your physical activity should be like? And how should your thought be? Look how you want your breath. How should your hydration be?

§ The third question is how your health and Fitness works. Write: How do you eat every day? How do you do daily physical activity? Find out how you think? What should you change and breathe better? You should be careful about how you moisturize? How do you sleep?

Now you have your health and healing history.

Now you have a base to get started. You have the true story of your health and Fitness. You can begin to build a stable foundation for the future. What's the first on your list that you want to provide stability? Here you start. If we can create a firm foundation, we can be more creative and take risks in these life and business adventures as they become available. When the basics of your health, well-being, and Fitness are automatically configured and easy to perform, it's much easier to move on to the next step. As if I had automatic savings account to travel. Every month you save a little for the planned trip. When it's time to leave, you're ready, and it will not cost much, as you'll save a little every month.

The basis of your health and wellness savings account is the same.

What should your basis for stability look like? Start there. Do it automatically and then go to the next one.

For me, I started this process several years ago. I started taking vitamins. It was something I could do every day, it was easy (self-evident), and it made a difference to my base. It allowed me to be healthier, to be less ill, and to make life more exciting.

Then I switched to drinking water (hydration), and it was a startling change in my essential health. Along this path, I have developed several steps, each aimed at improving my health and well-being.

These are the simple steps that made a big difference in my health and wellness savings account.
